Users understand that similar ideas may be posted by other users.

Rahiway does not guarantee exclusivity of ideas.

Rahiway is not responsible for:

• Idea theft
• User disputes
• Failed collaborations
• Investment outcomes
• Financial losses

Users are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property.

Rahiway provides attribution and timestamps but does not enforce ownership claims.

Rahiway may provide escrow-based payment support between users.

Rahiway may charge a commission for escrow-supported transactions.

Rahiway does not automatically take equity in user projects.

Investment agreements are made directly between users.

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
